They may not be copied, published, reproduced, or stored on any electronic retrieval system without the express written permission Parker Franklin Ltd or the photographer holding copyright.

Match to original. (Likeness to person/colour)

In accordance with the accepted practices of all professional photographers and photographic laboratories, the return of any technically acceptable photographs or prints or demands for refund or refusal to settle charges cannot be entertained on principle. No exception whatsoever can be made to this rule as we cannot be held responsible for individual tastes or expectations.

Product Presentation

Some images are printed alongside other images on larger sheets and these will generally be dispatched without being separated. Prints sold with mounts will generally not be placed in their mounts before dispatch (generally one print in each order will be mounted to show correct orientation in the mounts). Other products requiring assembly - such as key rings, fridge magnets, clocks, etc. - may or may not be dispatched pre-assembled at Parker Franklin Ltd.'s discretion.

Delivery

By ordering online your order will be dispatched to you by Royal Mail within five working days, unless otherwise stated on your order form.

Failure

Whilst every care is taken at every stage of the photographic process, in the event of a camera failure, operator error, material failure, or process machine failure, Parker Franklin Ltd can accept no responsibility for any losses however incurred as a result of any such failure beyond a full refund of the original purchase price.

Permanence

All photographs supplied by Parker Franklin Ltd are produced to the highest standards using the best quality materials and latest processing techniques. However, all colour photographs will, in time, fade. This is particularly true if they are left in bright sunlight and are not behind glass. Parker Franklin Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for this gradual image deterioration.

Sizes

All sizes are quoted in inches and are approximate and refer to print sizes.

One Order Per Household

Orders can only be placed for images of subjects from a single household. Many of our photographers offer discounts on large orders, in such cases creating single orders across multiple households will generate levels of discount that make it uneconomic for the photographer to continue to offer such discounts and consequently everyone will lose out.

Return Arrangements

For orders that need to be returned please send to the address below with a letter containing all order details and the reason for returning the items.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order you must contact Parker Franklin Ltd (contact) to arrange a refund. You will be required to return to Parker Franklin Ltd. all parts of the order that you wish to be refunded. Please note that digital images (eg. email, MMS, CD etc.) cannot be refunded.

Personal Information

Personal information is information that relates to an identifiable individual. When a user places an order the user will be required to provide personal information such as their name and email address, and to provide payment card information (number, type and expiration date), a telephone number and a billing address. Your name and address details will be retained on our database in order for us to deliver your order to you. Your payment card data is only taken by the banking system and it is never received or stored by Parker Franklin. We will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide excellent service to you in respect of the product you purchase.

Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Information

We will not sell, trade or lease the personal information you entrust to us.

Changing or Removing Personal Information

We recognise that some of the information that we may have collected from you will change from time to time. You can change information that you have previously provided to us or request us to remove it from our records by emailing us at info@parkerfranklin.com or by telephoning the Parker Franklin office on +44 (0) 1737 768500.

We use reasonable security methods to protect the data that resides on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers, nor can we guarantee that information that users supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

Facial Recognition

Parker Franklin Ltd. does not use any facial recognition software within its systems.

The banking system we use is Revolut which is fully authorised by all payment card providers.
